The Reserve ticket benefit applies to qualifying direct StubHub and viagogo purchases through December 31, 2027. Activation and the correct sales channel matter.

Quick facts
- Allowance
- Up to $150 per half-year; $300 per year
- Reset schedule
- January–June and July–December
- Enrollment / payment
- One-time activation through Chase
How to use the benefit
- Activate the benefit through Chase before purchasing.
- Compare the all-in ticket price with other sellers.
- Pay directly through a qualifying StubHub or viagogo site/app using Reserve.
- Check the statement and remaining calendar-half allowance.
Restrictions and mistakes to avoid
- Gift cards and StubHub International purchases do not qualify.
- A UK-event redirect to stubhub.co.uk is not the qualifying U.S. StubHub channel.
- Posting delays may shift the purchase into the next half; authorized-user purchases share the allowance.
What is it actually worth?
A $220 ticket purchase using a fresh $150 allowance leaves $70. If another seller offers the same ticket for $160 all-in, the useful saving compared with that alternative is $90, not $150. Include ticketing fees before deciding which seller to use.
These examples are hypothetical. Use the purchases you would have made anyway, include remaining charges, and avoid counting the same saving twice.
Common questions
Can one purchase use the entire $300?
No. The calendar-half ceiling is $150.
Does a ticket for next year qualify this year?
The qualifying purchase and processing period control the credit, rather than the event date.
