PointsOS Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services offered by Moon Bound Ventures LLC d/b/a PointsOS (“PointsOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including PointsOS Private, PointsOS Reserve, PointsOS Black, The Vault, AmericanOS, CardGPS, and any related tools, content, or communications accessed through pointsos.co or related platforms.

By purchasing a membership or product, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Services

PointsOS provides points and miles education, card strategy guidance, and award flight monitoring services.

PointsOS is not a travel agency. We do not book flights, hotels, or travel on your behalf. We do not guarantee the availability of award seats. We provide monitoring, alerts, and transfer strategy guidance. You are responsible for making all booking and transfer decisions.

All strategies, recommendations, and information provided by PointsOS are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice. Opening or closing credit cards can impact your credit score. Any actions you take based on PointsOS guidance are entirely your own decision.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

Annual Memberships (Private, Reserve, Black)

Annual memberships are 12-month commitments billed at the start of each membership year. You may cancel your renewal at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation of renewal means your membership will remain active through the end of your current 12-month period but will not renew for an additional year.

Annual memberships are non-refundable. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact us at hello@pointsos.co and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Memberships (Private, Reserve)

Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Monthly payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.

One-Time Purchases (The Vault, AmericanOS)

One-time purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased product. Due to the digital nature of the content and the proprietary strategies contained within, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products.

4. Award Monitoring and Alerts

Our monitoring systems scan for award seat availability across airlines and transfer partners on a regular basis. The frequency and scope of monitoring depends on your membership level.

We do not guarantee that award seats will be found. Award availability is controlled entirely by airlines and is subject to change at any time without notice. When seats are found that match your criteria, we provide alerts with relevant booking information. You are responsible for confirming availability and completing any bookings.

Alert timing depends on airline inventory release patterns and scan frequency. We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver alerts promptly but do not guarantee real-time notifications.

5. CardGPS and Card Strategy

CardGPS recommendations are based on your self-reported spending patterns and travel goals. We do not access your bank accounts, credit reports, or financial data.

Card strategy recommendations are educational guidance, not financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether any credit card application, closure, or product change is appropriate for your personal financial situation. We are not responsible for credit score impacts, application denials, or any financial consequences resulting from actions you take based on our guidance.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and portal access. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to update your information if it changes.

You may not share your membership access, portal login, or alert emails with others. Memberships are non-transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, frameworks, tools, and materials provided through PointsOS products are the intellectual property of Moon Bound Ventures LLC. This includes but is not limited to: CardGPS reports, monitoring configurations, transfer strategy documents, Vault course content, and community resources.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any PointsOS materials without written permission.

8. Communication

By purchasing a membership or product, you consent to receiving operational emails related to your account, including onboarding instructions, alerts, portfolio reviews, and membership updates. These are not marketing emails and are essential to service delivery.

You may separately opt in to our newsletter and marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

PointsOS provides information and monitoring services on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for:

  • Award seats that are not found or that disappear before you can book
  • Points lost due to transfers made based on our guidance
  • Changes to airline programs, transfer ratios, or award pricing
  • Credit score impacts from card applications or closures
  • Travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes made by airlines or hotels
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PointsOS services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership period.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, our pricing, membership features, or service scope at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of PointsOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Existing annual memberships will be honored at their original terms through the end of the current billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
