PointsOS Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Moon Bound Ventures LLC d/b/a PointsOS (“PointsOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit pointsos.co, use our products, or interact with us.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information: Name, email address, and Instagram handle when you apply or purchase a membership
• Application data: Travel goals, points balances, card holdings, monthly spending ranges, profession, and travel preferences submitted through our application form
• Payment information: Processed securely by our payment processor (SamCart/Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number.
• Communications: Emails, DMs, and messages you send us

Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, and device information via Google Analytics (GA4)
• Advertising data: Page views and conversion events via Meta Pixel for advertising measurement
• Cookies: Essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies beyond the Meta Pixel.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the services you purchased (monitoring, alerts, strategy guidance, course access)
• Review applications and determine membership fit
• Send operational emails (onboarding, alerts, portfolio reviews, billing)
• Send marketing emails if you opted in (newsletter, product updates)
• Improve our products and website
• Measure advertising effectiveness
• Respond to your questions and support requests

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PointsOS:

• SamCart (payment processing and checkout)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Kit (ConvertKit) (email marketing and automation)
• Typeform (application forms)
• Google Analytics (website analytics)
• Meta Pixel (advertising measurement)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Supabase (database and client portal)
• Calendly (appointment scheduling)
• Google Workspace (email and calendar)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your membership, we retain your data for up to 12 months for operational and legal purposes, after which it is deleted.

Application data from non-members is retained for up to 6 months to support follow-up communications, then deleted.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@pointsos.co.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal data (subject to legal and operational requirements)
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
• Opt out of analytics tracking by using browser privacy tools or ad blockers

7. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• The right to request deletion of your personal information

• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure payment processing, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

PointsOS is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of PointsOS after changes constitutes acceptance.
